Friday night services can go usually either of two ways (at least in most Orthodox shuls) either it is Karlebach style, where many verses are sung out loud usually with the specific tunes or there is “regular” where usually only Lecha Dodi is sung out loud and the chazan, the person leading the prayers, chooses the tune.
Ashkenazim recite it with blessings and Sefardim without. Women's recitation of Hallel on Rosh Chodesh depends on individual custom, and is more common among Ashkenazi women. All women are permitted to recite Hallel on Rosh Chodesh even when praying alone, and it is a fitting way to recognize women's special connection to the day.

There are 2 different Minhagim in regards to "Shalom Aleichem"in Kiddush Levana, both of which are valid. The most common practice is to say it 1 time to 3 different people, which makes sense as this is the normal way to greet people. The other Minhag is to say "Shalom Aleichem" three times to one person.
